We stand behind our products!

We think you’re going to love Divas Never Age. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Only U.S. orders are eligible for exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Divas Never Age® monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Divas Never Age’s sole discretion.

U.S. Orders:

Simply grab your order ID number (You can find it in your confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed in your order package) and please reach out to our customer service team for assistance: contact@divasneverage.com.

International Orders:

To be eligible for a refund, international orders will need to be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days of purchase.

 

Damaged Items

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@divasneverage.com and include a photo(s) of the damaged item for assistance.

 

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We’ll process your orders promptly, so it arrives as quickly as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

 

Promotions

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
